I am a freelance illustrator and artist. I graduated from the University of Connecticut in the School of Fine Arts with a BFA in Illustration.

My work is mostly pen & ink, watercolor, and collage. In addition to studio arts, I design and sew Plushies, which are soft and strange fabric creature for all ages. (Check them out in the Plushies gallery!) As a hobby, I do some bookbinding, mainly journals, albums and sketchbooks.

Because I love discovering new artists and supporting other illustrators, I belong to an online community called Illustrated ATCs. ATC stands for Artist Trading Card. These are trading card-sized pieces of art that you create and swap with artists all over the world! It is something I enjoy doing, and would encourage others to try.

Currently I live in Oak Park, Illinois with my husband and dog, where for fun we watch movies and play fetch.
